Hatha Yoga and its benefits
Hatha can be defined as "yoga for health." Under the Hatha umbrella there are various styles of yoga. Flow Yoga or "Vinyasa" Yoga is an active style of yoga linking poses together with the breath. Ashtanga uses a series of heat-burning poses. Lyengar stresses perfect alignment and using props. Viniyoga is therapy yoga.
