About Our Classes

Easy-Flow - Total mind-body workout featuring a user-friendly, practical style of yoga that can be enjoyed by any age and fitness level.

Power Flow - Focusing on a more advanced physical practice featuring functional strength, flexibility, muscle balancing, and relaxation.

Mixed - A well balanced combination of Easy Flow and Power Flow.

It's Never Too Late Yoga - Using gentle poses to improve posture and increase range of motion to perform everyday activities. This class is 45 minutes.

Core & Glute Challenge - Thirty minutes of an active, flowing style of yoga class for all levels focusing on both core essentials of alignment and strengthening the core and gluteal muscles Wednesday.

Hot Yoga - Flowing yoga postures in a room heated to 85 degrees.
